Our shows are typically among the largest and most attended wedding events in Central Illinois. Attendance numbers are based on verified registrations from engaged couples and their guests.

We focus on bringing in motivated couples who are actively planning their weddings, not inflating numbers with unrealistic projections.

Exhibitor pricing varies depending on the show location and booth placement.
Most vendors invest between $499–$699 for a standard booth, which includes pipe & drape, a table, and access to all registered attendee leads after the event.

To help ensure a positive experience, we place limits on the number of vendors in the most popular categories and space similar exhibitors apart on the show floor.

Absolutely. While couples attend to plan their weddings, many are also preparing for the next chapter of their lives. Our shows have been successful for a variety of businesses including real estate agents, mortgage companies, financial planners, insurance providers, and beauty and wellness services.

Because the majority of our attendees are women, the expo can also be a great opportunity for businesses related to beauty, fashion, fitness, home services, and lifestyle products.

Yes! Many of our exhibitors are first-time show participants and we’re happy to help you succeed.

We provide guidance on creating an effective booth display, tips for engaging with couples, and access to helpful training resources to help you get the most out of your experience.

Our goal is to make sure you feel prepared, confident, and ready to connect with engaged couples on show day.

We recommend registering as soon as you decide you’d like to participate. Many vendor categories fill quickly, and registering early gives you the best chance to secure your preferred booth location.

It also gives you plenty of time to prepare your booth display and plan how you’ll promote your participation in the show.

Yes! We offer flexible payment options to make exhibiting more affordable. You can reserve your booth with a deposit and spread the remaining balance over monthly payments leading up to the expo.

If you prefer, we also offer financing through Affirm, allowing qualified exhibitors to make fixed monthly payments over a longer period. Whether you’d rather pay over time with us or finance your booth through Affirm, we’ll help you find an option that fits your budget.
