On April 15th, we hosted our very first EWE Connect—a vendor networking event designed to bring together some of the incredible businesses that make our expos so special.
And we did it in a pretty unforgettable way… at the Peoria Zoo.
A Night Focused on Connection
EWE Connect was created with one goal in mind:
to give vendors the space to build real relationships, not just work side-by-side at events.
Because when vendors know each other, trust each other, and genuinely connect…
that energy carries over into every wedding they’re part of.
This wasn’t about booths or selling.
It was about conversations, collaboration, and community.

Hosting at the zoo brought a completely different energy to the night.
Yes… we fed giraffes 🦒
And yes… it was just as fun as it sounds.
It gave everyone something to experience together—an instant conversation starter and a shared memory that made the night feel relaxed, unique, and genuinely enjoyable.
